We're passionate about Early Years learning

Having worked in early years since the age of 16 early childhood learning means everything to me, which is why I'm so passionate about ensuring a platform dedicated to our communities learning exists. I've experienced first hand the lack of genuine and affordable learning opportunities that exist within early years and trying to provide my teams with high quality and flexible training on a non-existent budget is an impossible task. Its our mission to change this.

As an owner of multiple settings across the United Kingdom, I truly understand the difficult challenges our industry and the people within it face on a daily basis. Which is why I'm so resolute in providing change for our industry through a platform that offers meaningful and accessible learning to not only improve practice and children's outcomes, but also to provide the incredible people within our community with a meaningful voice to share their work and passion.

Though still relatively new to the world of early years I can honestly say it's become such a passion and I'm so happy I made the decision to join such a fulfilling and rewarding career. In the rush of our busy daily routines we can sometimes forget how amazing it is to see the young children under our care develop and mature throughout their early childhood. However, it is so important that we get the early childhood education right! That's why I joined the Early Years Network to help and inspire those just like me who work with young children everyday and want to make a difference.

What I enjoy the most about the early years, is allowing children to thrive in a caring, compassionate and engaging environment. Previously, I have trained and come from a performing arts and entertainment background, which of course comes together nicely when working with these impressionable and curious children. I pride myself in making learning fun and enabling, whilst encouraging children to celebrate their own unique individualities.
